Delivery Time does not include order processing time, please contact us directly for express shipping. Please note that International shipping can not be upgraded. This includes time needed to process the order and prepare for shipping. Depending on the time of year, processing times may vary.
All standard orders are shipped using USPS or FedEx shipping. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the email provided by the customer.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It’s important that you double check your shipping information for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting your payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. Ensure the shipping address is in a secure location that the package can’t be tampered with. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes (NO EXCEPTIONS)
The address on your payment method must match that of your shipping address.
Those orders that do not match billing and shipping information, will be canceled. This is to avoid any charge backs or fraudulent orders.
International Shipping Options
First Class International - 6 - 10 Business days $36.50
International Shipping Tax
If your shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Sarai Hair Company is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.
Force Majeure Delays
Here at Sarai Hair Company, we make the utmost effort to get your orders delivered on time as promised. However, we cannot provide shipping refunds in the case of national crises, holidays, natural disaster, carrier delays or other circumstances where the delay is beyond our control.
Orders shipped to Alaska or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sarai Hair Co. we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be returned or exchanged within (15) fifteen days. The hair must be in its original condition/state (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it. There are no refunds on custome colored Wigs, Colored bundled hair and/or Clip-Ins, since these are customized items. Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed.
Exchanges may be obtained within (15) fifteen days from the date the product is delivered. This excludes any and all WHOLESALE ITEMS. If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture or length, we are willing to work with you. You will be responsible for any and all differentials in cost. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship the replacement hair until the original order has been received AND inspected.
